Services are typically provided on the basis of a monthly retainer. We also provide services for an agreed project fee (with progress payments for contracted deliverables), or for hourly or piece rates. When it is not possible to work entirely remotely, travel and accommodation costs may also be onpassed. Where possible we piggy-back work on existing travel arrangements to minimise the cost to clients.
One-off Projects - $500 minimum charge
Professional Services - $70 per hour
Admin Support (eg processing memberships, mailouts, website updates, archival projects) - $30 per hour
Accounting & Bookkeeping minimum monthly retainer - $500
Grants 101 Workshops - $750 (plus expenses - travel, venue, catering, printing)
Strategic Planning half day workshop - $750 for up to 3 organisations, + $250 per additional organisation (plus expenses - travel, venue, catering, printing)
Grantseeking minimum monthly retainer - $1,000
